We recently moved and I can't find my book. When I'm on the treadmill, am I supposed to run for 20 minutes or 25? I'm doing the thing where you bump up the mph every minute. My workout goes something like this: 2.0, 2.0, 2.5, 2.8, 3.1, 3.4... 2.5, 2.8, 3.1 etc. 4 rounds of that and then I bump it up to 3.4 for the final burst and then back to 2.0. Should I be doing 5 rounds of this for a total of 26 minutes, or am I just doing it all wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know about "Body for Life", but all the stuff I've read says 20 to 30 minutes of exercise a day is great. I don't see where 5 minutes is going to make a huge difference. If you want to be thorough, just go 30 minutes.
