Chicago screams Deep Dish Pizza and hot dogs!
(where I live now)
When I went to school in Indy everyone went out on White Castle Hamburger runs all the time.
As for Miami - think Cuban...like pulled pork.

All would be perfect Super Bowl party food. You can even order White Castle Hamburgers frozen, as well as real Chicago Deep Dish pizza if you are not close enough to pick some up. Pulled pork sandwiches would be easy to make in a crock pot.

Enjoy the day, but the BEARS are gonna win so make sure you are wearing orange and blue!!!!

For Chicago - I'd do Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwiches, they are a crowd pleaser and you can put the beef in the crockpot and forget it!
For Miami - I used to live there so I think of Cuban food like Black Beans and rice, fried Plantains, and most of all CUBAN SANDWICHES! Or if you just want the "feel" of Miami, you can make cupcakes and decorate them with candied or icing palm trees
For Indiana- that is a tough one. I know that Orville reddenbacher's popcorn originated in Valparaiso, so maybe some popcorn or popcorn balls?
