Those are some classic symptoms of diabetes. But they are symptoms of other things as well. Other symptoms of diabetes are : excessive thirst, tiredness, wounds not healing quick, weight loss/gain, infections...just to name a few.
Better go to the doc and get checked out.

I would go to the doctor or ER my mom had those symptoms and her diagonosis was Diabetes...I hope your situation is not the same..
