You need to get her to the hospital. Call 911.
She needs to be treated immediately, whether
she wants it or not.
She also needs to read about her disease. Some
of the information she's been given is wrong.
Contact the American Diabetic Association for
patient teaching materials.

Something is terribly wrong here. Her fasting blood glucose should be between 85 and 120. 92 is not low. 84 isn't even that low. I've been at 72 and felt perfectly fine. Bad things only start to happen when it gets well below 70 or well above 200 (on the US scale) These numbers you're throwing around aren't adding up to a problem. Maybe she has the flu. Sounds like you or her doctor are making a terrible mistake. You do not, under any circumstances, give insulin to someone who's bg is 84 unless they're about to have a dessert they have no business having. Sorry, but this whole thing is really goofy.

No reason for the ER.Her numbers are not going too low . 84 can be scary but it isn't going to kill her.
Keep regular sodas around, have her check her sugars every hour if necessary and lower her insulin a few units. She should eat a few more carbs and protein than she usually does.If she just drinks the hi carb beverages, her numbers will crash. She needs food too.She should eat her regular meal.
She needs a new doctor who is an endocrinologist and who will help her understand her disease.
This happens to me sometimes. I am type 2 and sometimes i go through a period where i cannot keep my sugars up.I lower all my meds including insulin and make sure i always have food.I hate having to eat to keep up with my meds.
Good luck and calm down.
P.S. the ER will make her eat some gross food then they will send her home.Trust me

No, you're not a bad brother! Are you sure that you're sister really has stomach problems? Perhaps she needs more attention from you...What I mean is, she was 10 when your parents died and also I'm sure you and your gf do everything for her, I'm sure she misses your parents. Did sth change during the last two months? Perhaps you and your gf are planning to get married and she's afraid of loosing you too? Talk to her! If she really has probs with her stomach you have to bring her to the hospital no matter if she wants it or not... It's you whose responsible for her life! Good luck

I agree with Peachy; this does sound really goofy. Of course her blood sugar is continuing to drop, the doctor gave her two insulin injections!

a sugar of 92 isn't that low to make you pass out, i mean it's all individual but you know if you are unusually sleepy with a sugar of 130 I would think that there is something else causing it, she needs to be evaluated by a doctor today I would suggest calling the paramedics out and bringing her to the hospital.

She needs to see a nephrologist a diabetic specialist and take a diabetic nutrition class. constantly taking in sugar to level yourself can harm your organs.
