push ups, situps, bicycle kicks, flutter kicks, crunches, find like a stack of books and tie them together to act as weights unless you buy some. there are hundreds of things around an ordinary house that can be used to exercise. find some rope, and jump rope.

I dont run but my frnds mom does and since i live in the south we dont have tht cold of winters i sugest just to exersize around the house or go to the gym were its warm inside ...Or you could dance that is s0o0o0o good for you and you can do it inside make up a dance routine a day and get it down packed and not some boring song but to a fast beat song even if you cant dance you still get a workout

Wal mart carries some really good walking workout videos that use light weights that you can do it the house. Or try TY_BO kickboxing video or join an exercise class. Get premission to use the schools gym before or after school and run indoors

Running up the stairs works for me, also helps your calves a TON and makes you jump higher, you can also go to a local YMCA and get something. Another thing you might want to consider is jump rope.

Use the stairs, get a treadmill, a spinning bike.... a rope... the bike rules! I'm a triathlete and during winter I don't run that much, i let my feet rest, and get on the bike.

You can run up and down your stairs, get a stepper,get a tredmill.....and so on. Go to your local workout store and look around for something that fits you
