Something that is individually portioned and does not require utensils! I suggest cupcakes. Who doesn't like cupcakes? You can decorate them with blue and orange, becuase you'll be rooting for the Bears, right? Right?!
Or, if you wanted to be slightly more healthy you can make fruit pizza (sugar cookie dough topped with sweetened cream cheese like you'd have in a chessecake and them sliced fruit on top). Decorate them with blueberries and mandarin oranges or mango pieces. Slice into individual square pieces. You could also do fruit kabobs. But no one really goes to a Super Bowl party looking for diet food! This is the sport that inspired turducken after all...

Depending on how many you are having... Since this is THE day, IMO you waited too long to begin. I would have made my dessertsyesterday, Or earler and frozen some of them. NOW, what I suggest is that you make as many brownies as you can get done before the game starts!!!! That will probably put you into having half them done by the time your guests arrive... IF you are having a small crowd, here's a really easy cobbler recipe; but it will depend on you having the ingredients on hand at this late date, and how much time you have. Don't know WHEN you posted the question, but I am only seeing it on the day of the game!! Using the largest baking dish or pan you have... Melt enough butter to completely cover the bottom of pan WELL.- I have an industrial size pan and it will take at least 4 sticks... You can use oleo, but butter is much better... Mix equal amounts of self rising flour and sugar. (How much will depend on the size of your pan...you need one cup each for a 9 X 13) Add enough milk to make the batter the consistancy of thin pancake batter.... You can use pancake mix for this but keep in mind that it already has a sweetener and adjust the sugar accordingly. Pour the batter over the melted butter -still hot- in the baking utensil... Put any fruit you like on top of this-- apples, peaches, berries.... I usually use canned fruit in natural juices....If you are using fresh fruit you need to prepare it by adding a small amount of sugar and bringing to boil in water... Enough to cover the fruit. Here again, how sweet your fruit is may mean you need to adjust the sugar in the flour mixture. Do the taste test!!! On top of the fruit pour the juice from the can (s) or the hot broth which you made by boiling the fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 35 min... longer if it is a large container... The batter will rise to the top.. I like mine really brown, but again, you can adjust it and how long you leave in the oven depends on personal taste and how hot your oven actually gets.

It's a Superbowl party, they'll be drinking like fish (beer and more beer) anything that goes well with beer...potato chips, pizza, cold cuts, buns, dips, vegetables to dip with. I wouldn't bother with a dessert...Take flavored popcorn instead (ie: cheese flavored, caramel, white cheddar, etc...). This is a guy-type event...desserts aren't going to be a priority.

We throw football parties every year and what we serve is a huge taco salad,Lasagna, chips & dip, pretzels, popcorn ,vegetable & fruit tray, cheese tray and with all that there is really no need for dessert..This year we are also adding finger sandwiches to the menue.

Make one of those Jello bars that come in a box---the peanut butter one is AWESOME!!!

Otherwise, some cookies or brownies would be good.
Or make a cake in a 9x13 pan, and cut in the shape of a football---then decorate with brown frosting & white "laces". Fun!
(you could probably do something with cupcakes, too)

brownies, cookies - anything that does not require refrigeration or forks. Finger food dessers are the the best

how about jello poppers. Make your jello with alcohol and fruit juice instead of water. Put it in small white containers like they put ketchup in in Long John Silvers restaurants. Let them set up. They taste good and after awhile you won't care who wins or loses.

Mini cupcakes. Lots and lots of them, in team colors with little sugar team logos of course!

Have fun!

A fruit salad, but the fruit has to be on skewers so that everyone can just grab a skewer of fruit and be on their way! no forks needed!
