I suggest you check this website out. Read about clay, it is 100% natural, you can take the powder of clay mixed with water, follow a treatment (as instructed on the website) and if you also watch your diet, as there are certain foods you have to cut back from, you will see the difference in your cholesterol! Good luck!

stay away from fattening foods. and go talk to your doctor and have blood tests done to see what the problem is. chances are you may have a hereditary disease that causes high cholesterol. and just so you know, cholesterol is found in animal products. so if you've been eating a lot of meat (red meat especially), diary, and other things of this nature, cut back. try to add more veggies and fruits to your diet. good luck.

High cholesterol is not a disease, it just means that you more fat in your blood stream than normal. Simple solutions cut the fat, inotherwords eat foods with little or no fat like fruits and veg, fish, pasta, soups, whole grain cererals and bread, things like that. Eat controlled servings, don't stuff yourself and get lots of excerise. If conditions are really bad, you can take an asprin 20 minutes before your meal that will thin out your blood. Onions are good to keep the fat moving, there is also an artery cleaner called EDTA which stands for ethylene, diamine, tetra, acetic acid

see a doctor and get him to put you on lipitor or some other cholesterol lowering drug. Plus eat healthy and exercise and try to get the rest of your family too as well and you will defy the odds and live a much healthier lifestyle with your risk of cardiovascular illness substantially lower.

The only answer to your question would be to see your Dr. You must watch what you eat avoiding foods with lots of sugar & it's derivitives. See a specialist also. In the meantime you could try weightwatchers as a friend of mine suffered the same problem & was helped by w/watchers.
