That is excellent. Anything from 100/60 to 120/80 is good.

120/60 is where they would like for you to be but some med will up your blood presure my was 140/80 and they said that wasn't bad but it could be lower no more then 150/70 and thing on bottom any higher then 80 needs to be talk to a doc and no your not dieing everyone had me beleaving I was ready to have a heart attack but you need to keep checking with your doc

I have been as high as 185/100 and my doctor was very concerned. Wish I had your blood pressure. My high normal is 150/90.
