You're coughing blood and you can't feel your toes, yet you ask what's wrong in a forum full of strangers who can only guess. What in the hell is wrong with you? Do you really care about your health? Get to a doctor so he/she can properly diagnose your problem. Unbelievable.

You need a complete work up. It could be neurological because of the numbness, or like the nurse said related to diabetes. Also the coughing of blood is very serious. Go to the doc stat!!

first off, definitely see a physician soon. my first inclination is actually not neurological, but infectious. when a patient complains of coughing up blood and night sweats, the first thing that goes off in my head is tuberculosis or another bacterial infection related to mycobacterium tuberculosis, especially if you went on to tell me that you were losing weight, had lost your appetite, or were noticing increasing fatigue/energy loss.
you should definitely see a physician for sputum analysis, a chest x-ray (more imaging, maybe), blood work, and a TB skin test (a ppd), as well as a physical exam.
good luck

I agree with SH. What is wrong with you is that you are not at the hospital finding out the answer. Some possible causes of your symptoms - tuberculosis, lymphoma. Both would need immediate attention. My guess is that at 27, you may not have health insurance and are concerned about payment. This is why we should have universal healthcare like every other developed country. Dang.

Definately go to the Drs. These could be an indicator of several things that might be wrong and only your Dr can tell you for sure what it is. Good Luck!
