sounds like it, My sis usally has a tense yucky feeling in the middle of the chest and pit of her stomach for a day or 2 after a painic attack

Take something for it if it happens again. If it subsides you will know it was a panic attack. I have panic attacks. I have never had one that lasted days but I took something for it. I couldn't have stood it if I hadn't.
It is better to get it checked out the next time it happens. A heart attack can have the same symptoms as a panic attack. There are a lot of different kinds of heart attacks.

it might of been a stroke or even a heart attack..get to the ER next time it happens...but make a doctors appointment.
