I would have to say it depends on your age. If you are a young person up to late 20s I would say that is a healthy blood pressure, but a bit on the low side. Your reading should be 120/80. That is normal, as you get older it does tend to go a little higher, but much older. Your systolic being when your heart pumps (your heart is a double pump) that is the higher reading 120 and when your heart rests that is known as diastolic is when your heart rests briefly in between the pump that is the lower reading 80. Now yours being 52 means it really is resting. So you must be very fit, or there could be something else lurking under there. I dont want to give you a fright or anything, but it would be wise just to have your blood pressure checked by a physician, but anyway, low blood pressure is a lot healthier than high.

The american heart association lists a normal BP at 115/75, the blood pressure you list is well within the realms of normal.
