I am going to say he has been in the lower area of the other partner. Or maybe he could have just accidentally got them in the sheets if they crawled there. If so why would they choose an eyebrow? Think about that. Actually, I have never heard of them getting in a mans eyebrows.

yes men can get crabs in their eyebrows, had a friend that got them from going down on his girlfriend.
He got rid of them by using a cotton ball with camphor .little green bottle chemical compound with antiseptic properties: a strong-smelling compound. Use: in medicinal creams.
