Thai food such as Tom Yum (hot & sour soup)

Vietnamese food such as Pho Bo (beef soup)

Indonesian food such as Rendang (spicy beef stew), Bakso (beef soup similar to Vietnamese pho bo), Soto (either chicken noodle soup or beef noodle soup), satay, mee goreng (fried noodle), fried rice.

Japanese food such as sushi (I prefer the ones I made myself though)

Chinese food such as fried rice, General Tao' chicken, chapcay (veggies stir fry), most of the buffest menu in Chinese buffet I like

Indian food such as Jamun, Tika Masala, and most of the menu in Indian buffet I like (btw Indian is part of Asian society no? hehe)

Vietnamese food is great and always comforting even though I'm not Vietnamese. I love to eat Pho on cold days. Bun is perfect any other time, it's like a salad but a million times better with all the herbs, cha gio, peanuts, veggies and noodles. Yum

Thai food is the best. This place in Springfield PA called Heng's makes awesome dumplings, they have that yummy sauce inside the actual dumpling along with the meat and cilantro. Also I agree with that other dude, I love pho and the chinese version hand drawn noodle soup. Thank you Asia for your lovely food!!!

Japanese (especially sushi) is my favorite.

I also like Korean a lot - Be Bim Bop has marinated meat on top of a bit of rice. Then it has different vegetables arranged all around that. On top is a fried egg. They give you hot sauce to mix in (I'm a lightweight, I don't use a lot). Often they give you more little dishes of vegetables on the side.

Pad Thai is always great, and really easy as most grocers sell it by the box.

I love Kabuli Palau. It is time-consuming, but it tastes great1

Spicy Basil Chicken(Thai) is SO wonderful!

Green Indian curry-YUM!

Fried Goat's Cheese(China)

And my favourite- Dal bat, lentils with cumin seeds, tomatoes, and lots of yummy spices!

I'd say overall, Thai. Lots of different flavors jumping out at you.

If there's one food I could eat every meal for the rest of my life it would be the Vietnamese noodle soup....pho.

There are lots of them. I tried and liked all of them. I like to put them into three categories. Hot & Spicy, Sweet & Sour, and Light & Mild. All of them are my FAV.

If you like one of the CAT, let me know what it is and I will let you know which is the best one.
