www.mendosa.com is the best diabetes site there is in my opinion. He is a freelance write for diabetes magazines and he is also diabetic himself. I think you will learn a lot about diet and nutrition there. I would avoid the American Diabetes Website like the plague. Their information on nutrition for Diabetics is way outdated and in fact, can be downright dangerous.
