i have small amount of blood in my sputum one's a month or sometime one 2 to 3 month. This started last year. i never smoke in my life. i am 27, i have negative chest x ray and sputum report. i haven't any other sing and symptoms with that.

check your Hb, TLC,DLC,ESR tests to find out whether you have TB. You don't need to smoke for getting TB. Any one living or working in a damp, unclean place without proper ventilation and enough sunlight can get the same.

Possibly a small amount of blood migrating down from you sinuses (allergies or a sinus infection) and then you cough it up or just spit it out. At the rate you are talking about it is nothing to worry about.

If your doctor gave you a clean bill of health, it's probably nothing to worry about. It could be coming from your nose or sinuses. Perhaps you have allergies or blew your nose too hard and it caused a blood vessel to leak.

First rule out T.B.Preferable test is culture of the fluid obtained from bronchoscopy. If it is negatived it may be due to persistent cough or leak from the nose.

you should do elisa test for tb. it is very useful for diagnosing tb. esr test with complete hemogram should be done
