flour comes from wheat. There is no difference. Enriched is not good at all. You need to look for Whole wheat flour.

It is the "original" wheat is not bleached. Enriched means they took all of the good stuff out, and only put some back in. Flour comes from wheat. There is no difference. Wheat flour is good for you and white flour is flour without the nutrients. Enriched is not good at all. You need to look for Whole wheat flour. Stay away from white. In wheat flour, the nutrients have not been bleached out of it. So wheat is better than white.

C had the correct answer. They're the same thing, only with a slightly different name because "wheat" sounds better than "white". Unless it specifically says "whole wheat", it's just white.

Certain types of carbs, such as white bread, raise blood sugar levels that actually cause your body to stop burning fat! So wheat is better than white, pumpernickle is actually the best.
