It does not necessarily mean you have orgasmed (I'm guessing Yahoo blocked the word c-u-m.). What you're feeling down there is the lubrication your body produces to make intercourse easier. It's a slippery substance meant to allow for easier penetration. When you orgasm, you'll also feel pleasurable muscle contractions, then a relaxing sensation. You may or may not produce additional, similar substances to your lubrication.
