This "mam" isn't actually cooking anything now because it's 4:40am here in the USA....but you know something I am "always thinking about cooking". Cooking is my favorite thing to do that is work. But, to me it's not work at all it's an art, a pleasure, a feeling of serving food that makes people smile and feel good inside. It's a way of taking care of people. My grandmother came from Italy and I believe her ways were transferred to me some how....I have always wanted to be just like her and cook her fare. Now that I'm older I think I've arrived and continuing her cooking style. It is a joy to walk into the kitchen each day and figure out what we are going to eat and do it with love for my husband or anyone who sits at ou table. Today it's going to be???? let me see....I know...."Mexican tortillas".....not Italian but delicious! LOL

My mom isn't cooking either because I live in my own home and will have to leave the computer in a moment to do it myself. But since you are asking, probably pasta with a pesto sauce, sauteed vegetables(with garlic, of course) and a glass of wine. My son will be having the traditional glass of water.
