Angina -slight pain in the left side of the chest radiating to the arm,sometimes associated with sweating.
myocardial infarction-Death of a small area of the heart due to decrease supply of blood.
Ischemic heart disease- less supply of blood to the heart.
CCF- congestive cardiac failure.
valvular disease- failing of the valve of the heart to work proparly which might cause mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood

Prevention and treatment- Stop smooking, drinking, eating fatty food, salt restrictions , lower cholesterol, regular exercise etc etc.

Treatment- consult a cardiologist.

sick sinus syndrome- a potentially lifethreatening dysrhythmia, treated with iinsertion of permanent pacemaker.

atrial fibrillation- fluttering of the atria leading to ineffective cardiac function, treated with medications or pacemeker

Aortic aneurysm- a herniation of the aorta , increasing pain, if ruptures then usually lethal depending on surgery, treated with surgical reinforcing of the vessel

Athroma- plaques which build up in the vessels,, occlusion can lead to symptoms of angina, treated by angiographic removal, the medication. If major occlusion, arterial bypass may be necessary.

Left ventricular failure. the ventricle becomes large and ineffective, symptoms of breathlessness and oedema, treated with medication

R heart failure, symptoms as above, treatment same

ischemic heart disease, hypertension, congestive heart failure, congenital heart disease. Its hard to to make brief definition but they constitute most deathes in US.
