Absolutely!!! Get on the phone the minute the doctor office opens up. Be sure to tell him you haven't been taking your meds. Your heart is working 4 times harder than it should be....and you are way to young to be having this problem without someone monitoring you.
You may have some heart blockage, and who knows what your blood pressure is doing with a heart rate that high! Please...don't delay! If you begin to do this before Monday, call 911....tell them your symptoms...they'll hook you up to a EKG montior and give you some idea of what is happening....they could be your lifeline!

yes you should be worried and yes you should go back. If you have an episode of this have someone drive you to the ER. Also make a DR's appointment.

Please make a doctor's appointment. If you can't get one immediately, as soon as the chest pains and left arm aches start GO TO THE ER.

better to see your doctor because your left arm pain is a sign of angina pectoris where it is a an impending sign of heart attack....
I'm not scaring you but better check it ahead of time
