I am a new vegan and I would like to easily identify foods that don't contain animal products.

It means its kosher.

You'll have to read the label to determine if the product contains milk or eggs. Kosher doesn't have anything to do with that.

I forgot what AAFCO stands for, but I know that means the food was tested and it is good.
