you can buy the machine at a resturant supply company they can tell you where to buy the sryup and co2 gas or look up beverage supplies in the yellow pages

Contact your local Coke or Pepsi bottler. They will often provide a manchine for free if you buy the tanks of soda from them. I'm sure that it w/ a minimum monthly order, so you may be asked to buy it.
There are 2 types: Post-Mix and Pre-Mix. Post mix is far and away the most popular. The tanks have soda syrup in them, and is mixed w/ your own water. Pre-mix has perfectly mixed soft drink already in a tank, and no external water is needed.

If you want it cheap buy it off of eBay you can find everything, You can contact coke or Pepi to deliver the syrup. Sam's club carries coke products for fountain machines.

Best to email CocaCola directly. They supply the coke Syrup and the CO2.

contact your closest distributer for the product you are wanting they can give information on equip., supplies and cost. Try coca cola distributors (if it's a COKE product)or look under beverage & supply distributors, it depends on your area. Ask a restaurant or bar owner in your area where they get theirs.
