Your girl has sleep apnea, so she must loose weight, sleep on her side and go visit the denist and tell the dentist that she needs a mouth guard for snoring. Look it up on the net type sleep apnea devices. They are ortho dental appliances that can be obtained by going to the dentist.

Yes, dump her.
No, seriously, try whatever you can.
Try nose strips, those sprays, and if none of them work, then you will have to get ear plugs.
If your partner snores and you lose sleep over it eventually yo will resent them laying in bed next to you.
And instead of just coming out and saying that 'hey you snore, and I can't sleep' you will probably stop sleeping with her.
Then she will think ' what have i done, why doesn't he love me like he used to'
And you will end up causing a rift between the two of you because you had good intentions, and didn't want to hurt her feelings by telling her about the snoring.

Want anymore?

One of the last people answering your question did best.

Try to get her to sleep on her side; does she sleep on her back
now?

What is her height, weight, age? If she is overweight, lose weight, may help the snoring but will definately help her extend
her life.

Is she sleepty during the daytime? Does she nod off easily if
watching TV or being a passenger in a car for a long time?
If yes, she may have sleep apnea.

The specialists for this are in sleep centers in larger cities.
They usually are pulminologists specializing in sleep disorders.

If you love her stick with her.

I had the same problem with a girl friend. The remedy i used will not be found in any medical journals. It's pretty much a "home remedy." One night i couldn't tolerate the snoring any longer so I STUFFED A DIRTY SOCK IN HER MOUTH. The snoring left and so did she.

There is magnetic nose ring that was invented by NASA. Buy it on ebay. It works like magic. and also, no high pillow and tell her to sleep on her right side so she doesn't crush her heart which can cause possible heart attack.
