bin gettin sharp chest pains on my left chest and now on my right aswell, can some 1 tell me wat it is?

i have been geetin a sharp stabin pain in my left side of my chest, i went 2 the docter and he fort it may be somefin 2 do wit mycartilage,but now i have realized that i am gettin it on the right side aswell. and can stress be a cause of this aswell

Go to Emergency if you can get there somehow. Some people have heart attacks and don't know they're having them.
