You don't need to ask a Doctor; you need to see one. Yes you are diabetic. Period. Take your level two hours after eating, and get a check that way. You should have had some type feeling when it dropped to 36. When it gets that low you can "pass-out".
Keep some small jelly packs in the fridge and if it gets that low again take a few. I worked in a LAB for six years and we had this guy come in with a level over 700. He should not have been walking. We did walk him across the street to the ER. He was a walking diebetic seizure about to happen. Diebetic affect ever organ in your body including the eyes, your sex drive, and everything. People take it so lightly. AND SO DO I....

Go to the Doctor immediately. A person normally has a blood sugar level of 80-120. I have had diabetes since I was 3 yrs old. You ranges are to out of the ordinary. Let them monitor you for a week and they will help you.

You are most likely diabetic. I would go see your doctor and tell him/her about the blood tests as well as your constant thirst and dehydration these are typical signs of diabetes in conjunction with crazy blood sugar levels! No matter what they say about it, insist on being tested for diabetes (both type 1 and type 2) another thing to try to check is your urine. this is tricky to check because obviously you don't want to taste it but see if it smells fruity or sweet to you.

I'd ask my doc to take a simple test to make sure. It's possible that you are either diabetic or borderline. My mom is a diabetic and she's always thirsty and feels dehydrated. Your doctor would be best to consult though as he can take care of it if you are before it gets out of hand.

You should see your doctor asap. These are dangerous blood sugar levels and indicate that your pancreas is unable to properly regulate your blood sugars. The normal range for blood sugars is 80-120mg/dl. Thirst is a very common symptom for diabetics. It would be a very good idea to have yourself tested without delay.

Absolutely!! I care for an 81 year old diabetic and he was down to 39 yesterday, I hope you aren't behind the wheel of a car, you could go into diabetic shock, and god forbid what could happen. Get to the emergency room as soon as possible, that is nothing to play with, you don't want a heart attack or stroke from this. You are doing serious damage to your body!! Please!!!

You can't tell on the internet. Go see a doctor. If you have high readings than that isn't normal, even if close to eating your level should remain lower than that.
