I just found out that I have a sexdually transmitted disease, and its called HPV.
Im 4 months pregnant. Im scared for my baby. could this spread to my baby? and how can i get rid of it?

there is a prescription medicine you should be taking. it may affect your baby i do not know. you should however go see your doc

Human papiloma (spelling??) virus has always been around. Call your ob/gyn if you're scared for your baby. This is the virus that the commercials are talking about now....A big part of the virus becoming more widely seen is because people today have more sexual partners...I don't believe there is a cure for it...just a vaccine.

depends on which HPV you have and most the time u cant get rid of it but most doctors give u treatment b4 u have the baby so you WONT pass it to the child.....i have one as well that is pass able to a baby of my own but that have told me i can recieve a C-section but they will also give me meds b4 i have my baby so i wont have an outbreak...but i would advise seeing ur doctor as soon as possible for treatment and medicine

talk to your doctor they he/she should be able to answer that and if he/she cant get a new doctor
