Yea, "Gordo" is just a nickname, equivalent to "Fats".
As such it is a proprietary sauce, and I certainly haven't got the recipe.

There is no such sauce as far as a classic sauce under this name. It is probably named after the person who created it in the kitchen. I checked all my gastronomic books with no luck and all my other resources and could not find any matches.

Gordo in Lating languages means FAT. Maybe there is fat . lol
