Never miss breakfast! I keep away from pasta, breads and rice. Be as gluten-free of a person as you can... your body will thank you...

For breakfast I make smoothies. This recipe is fast (3 blend time, 3 prep time) and tasty:

If you are like me, I rush a bit in the AM. So I am a smoothie-a-holic... This recipe is fast (3 blend time, 3 prep time) and tasty:

1 large banana
1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup orange or apple juice
1-1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp lethicin
Ice cubes

Other fruits you can add for variety in place of the berries or with them:
Example: peaches, nectarines, mangoes, pineapples

Put all ingredients in blender and frappe.
Enjoy!

Even though there dietary habits are different than most they still eat 3-6 times a day. Most eat better than the normal person as they are concerned about there own health not just the animals. It take a lot of thought and energy to be a vegan. Some eat only raw foods so they do not lose any nutritional value in the food

Tofu and veggies cooked with brags (amino acids) and brewers yeast.

Any health food store will have a WIDE variety of vegan foods to choose from. It is not so restrictive really

It really doesn't take a lot of thought or planning be a vegan. It's simple...if it was made from or out of any animal product just don't buy, eat or wear it. Veganism makes you more conscious of what you are eating though! I always read every food label now.

In most cases, we eat in and make our own meals. Easier that way and you know what you are getting. Another option and it works well is find a food-coop who offers meals and they will work hard in creating you the mael you request.

Anything that doesn't contain animal products.

A vegetarian eats anything that doesn't contain dead animal parts.

An omnivore eats anything.

The "regular basis" portion of your question isn't relevant.
