A shopping trip until mid afternoon (girls) or a day at the local pool (boys), stop by the movie store and have the gkids pick out a few movies.
Once home, have the kids make their own pizzas (use mini pita breads as the bases - 1 for each girl).
Set up the lounge room/living room with each kid's sleeping bags and pillows. The girls can then give each other makeovers and the guys can either play a games console or have play fights (place a mattress on the floor and have the kids (two at a time) try to knock the other off the mattress to the floor).
Once the pizzas are cooked, start the movies. For movie munchies/dessert, serve small bowls of lollies and either an ice-cream cone or a candy apple each.
Once the movies are over, have the kids tell each other stories before going to bed.

First of all, I'd make sure all of the guys get along well enough to spend all that time together. And, no, I don't think anything's wrong with guys having slumber parties anymore than girls. I would suggest that you lay down some firm, but fair rules for the house. Will you be going to work the next day? If so, (if you're married) you and your husband can take turns staying up listening out for anything wrong. If not that, maybe you could have a friend or relative casually stay over and do the same (either with you or for you). If you'll be there the day after, I'd suggest you stockpile your room with sugar, caffeine, or whatever keeps you up (just in case something goes wrong). The main thing is to be a good hostess, but firm on the rules. And if you (or someone else) is going to be on guard duty, don't make it obvious. If you do,(like hiring a security guard) the guests will be more likely to act up than if you were to do something like it inside the house.(not to mention embarrass sing your kid, even if it is a precaution).

Decorate flip-flops, tie-dying shirts - some kind of wearable craft project is fun (and becomes the party favor). You can buy those denim bags at Hobby Lobby for just a few dollars, and then provide the paint and trims to create a new purse.
Take digital pictures of the kids and then print out multiples - and provide small scrapbook albums (think Dollar General or Dollar Tree -$1 or $2) and scrapbooking and journaling supplies so they can each make a momento album to take home.
Also - buy or rent some of those how to dance videos - and let them learn some new dances (something different from what they are doing now).
Movie marathon - of course.
The other thing that might be fun would be a cooking "class" - teach and let them make a dessert, individual omelets or pizzas.

get your parent to grill out like hot dogs, hambers, and what ever you may like. while the food is cooking turn on the music and hang out dance until the food is done. well eating watch your fav movie. after that give eachother make overs and you got to get pics of it so in five years you can think about all the fun you have had with your friends at age 15

i would set up a salad bar, like they do in diners and restaurants. you can include anything and everything. a nice mix of fresh greens, onions, tomatos, olives, croutons, assorted cheeses, shrimp or chunks of turkey, chicken or ham, dressings. you cn also have a big pot of homemade soup. something like chicken or vegetable.
i would use the same principle for dessert. vanilla ice cream and assorted toppings. i think it would be fun. everyone would serve themselves.
