If she had any type of discharge coming from her nipples, then yes. But it's highly unlikely unless it was in large amounts.
Breast milk, blood, and sperm are fluids that carry the HIV virus. If you came into contact with any of those fluids then you'd be at risk.

Breast milk does carry the hiv virus, but unless you drank it, I wouldn't worry too much. Also, the only way you can get hiv from kissin if the other person has bloody gums or cuts in their mouth. A woman actually got hiv that way, but it's uncommon.
I wouldn't sweat it.

Uh dude this is kinda dumb, no offense. In order to contract HIV you have to have open sores and an exchange of blood.
