You can't get AIDS any other way than sharing bodily fluids. HIV dies when it hits the air.
You can get herpes from a doorknob, but usually just Type 1 - the cold sore type.
If someone touches their cold sore, then the doorknob, and someone else comes along and touches the door knob and then their mouth, viola - you have herpes... the same principle applies to most viruses and bacteria.

This is ridiculous! There is no way anyone can get AIDS or HIV infection from a doorknob. Now, with STDs, it may be a little different. If you use a really dirty doorknob when you have sex (some people can be really creative when it comes to sex), then you can be at risk. Otherwise, just touching a doorknob won't get you any STDs. If you feel squeamish about it, wash your hands often with soap and water.

This is a long shot - but someone with aids could bleed on the doorknob, then you could grab the door know with an open wound and get their blood inside your wound. STI?

You cant virtually impossible. if someone gave you that as an excuse, they are sooo lying to you. Not possible!!!!
Viruses have a very short life span once they are exposed to air so if someone's crotch touched a doorknob?? the virus would die shortly after that. With aids if would have to be through IV needle use, contaminated blood or sexual intercourse.

AIDS is transmitted through bodily fluids only. Not by kissing though...unless maybe you swallowed a olympic size pool of an infected person's saliva...(ick!)
STI's are transmitted "sexually"...that is why they are called Sexually Transmitted Infections!!
All you'll get from a door knob is germs.

It's impossible.
The HIV/AIDS virus dies when exposed to oxygen. Even if someone gets blood on a doorknob, and you touch an open wound to it...the virus is already dead.

if he is un cut there is a slightly greater chance of you getting a yeast infection from him. Other wise pregnancy is always a risk even if you are on the pill. Semen is really not going to hurt you if you swallow it or if he shoots in your a*s. Bareback sex is great but it is hard to stop if you move on to other guys and that is when you run the risk of an STI.Be sure to douche good before any anal and lube up and then enjoy it all you want. You and him will have a stronger connection after you do this as long as no one is physically hurt. Have Fun.

I am not really sure what STI is, but you can't get AIDS from a door knob. Once AIDS hits the air it kills it, so don't worry about getting aids from door knobs.

You CANNOT contract a STD from anything other than bodily fluids, making contact with your mucus membranes (eyes, ears, nose, anus, & sexual organs) or through a break in the skin. You have a better chance of seeing God, than contracting AIDS or any other STD from a doorknob, toilet seat, shaking hands, etc.
