Will i get AIDs or any sex disease if i doing a handjob sex by myself? I had done this for more than 10 year,although i did not felt any problem in my physcial, i still worry that i may get a sex disease. And should i consult a doctor to slove my problem so i can quit form doing that?

There is no way to give yourself a STD unless you have one. Unless touching a person sexualling with an open wound or sexual insertion without protection then maybe but until you touch another person that has a STD. Then keep the handjob sex to yourself. Also the term that you are using is really funny to be answering. One thing it is a handjob also known as beating off.

I think he really wants sex from you. Been down that road not to long ago it sucks. Be with a guy that wants it but wants to have all of you like dating. Don't make the same mistake I made. Plus he might ditch you after he gets it and start talking crap about you. I know the guy I did was saying I was ugly and all after. To make it short: Just be friends no dating or sex.

If your hands are clean and you haven't touched anyone else then you won't get any sex diseases. Don't worry. I don't think there is a recorded case in the history of the world of someone getting a sex disease from masturbating alone.

The short answer is no - you will not get AIDS or other STD's from masturbation.
You are suffering from fears like a person who is afraid of flying or water. If this fear is affecting your life (which it sounds like it is), I would see a counselor. A counselor could get at the root of the fear, help you face it, and allow you to enjoy any aspect of your life.
Masturbation is a healthy outlet, don't allow your fears to take it away.

i think i you will use a safe way of sex then you will not get any disease but if you are worrying a lot then you should consult a doctor
