Does green Tea tablets hurt you in anyway? I am also a diabetic.

Try taking Hoodia which is found in most pharmacies.I am hypothyroid and have been taking Hoodia now for 3 months and have lost 22 lbs worked really well for me. I have been a Diabetic now for 24 years.

I'd stay away rom the green tea tablets because you are hypothyroid. Green tea contains some fluoride and fluoride slows down production of thyrod hormone. This means it could interfere with absorption of the Synthroid.

I assume you are looking into green tea for weight loss. The best thing you can do when hypo and on Synthroid is to get your TSH below 2.0.....close to 1.0. If it's above 2.o weight loss will be difficult. Make sure when testing, you test only in the morning. The TSH changes throughout the day and you want to test close to when its at its highest
