Sorry, no quick fixes available It's important to find out why you are snoring, because it can be a symptom of an underlying medical condition. One of the most serious conditions is sleep apnea. I recommend you discuss this with a doctor, who might prescribe a sleep study to be done. Good luck.

snoring is a deeper problem then just making noise.. i have sleep apnea thats what i found out when i went to dr about my snoring. found out what is happening we stop breathing in our sleep as well as fight to breathe and the snoring comes from that.. also if not taken care of it can cause heart problems and other problems.. its important to talk to your ok.. good luck..

How tall are you, meaning are you height/weight proportionate? Has anyone told you that you stop breathing or pause breathing in your sleep? You may have a condition called sleep apnea. Ask your family medicine doctor about it.

a temporary fix would be the snore guard strips for the nose or the throat spray that lubricates the throat before bed to prevent the vibration in the throat that casues it. when u sleep on ur stomach ur less likely to snore also
