Aids is transmitted by the exchange of body fluids with an infected person. you have to have had direct exchange of body fluid. Didn't ejaculate, well what else happened? Did you kiss heavily? Did he penetrate you at all? Whatever happened you must put your mind at ease by having the test. Go to the health Dept. and get it done. It's not worth stressing about it for months and not knowing anything. I assume you have reason to worry that's why I say get tested. It's your best action for knowing the truth and to be at ease. good luck. They will give you information that may ease your mind and help you know. Yes you can. It is a lot less likely, but definitely possible. When a man gets an erection he sometimes secretes bodily fluid even before ejaculating.
