Your Bartholens gland could be clogged. There are four such glands...2 on both sides of your vagina and they can become clogged. These glands are responsible for keeping you lubed. It will result in a lump and may or may not be painful. Sometimes you can clear this up with an antibiotic and hot baths. The hot baths will help to draw out the infection. Sometimes if it is bothersome you can have it lacerated & drained by your OB. If it continues to happen frequently you can actually have the gland removed. Just visit your OB to find out what the issue is. That is the only way you will know for sure! Good Luck

It also could be a blister. I had a similar situation, and found that riding my bike was giving me a blister in the vaginal area. But you should probably have it checked out, because you never want to assume anything. So much can go wrong in a womans body, and you would rather be safe than sorry! Good Luck!

This is not a genital wart since it is below the skin. It possibly can be a cyst of the Bartholin gland.

I agree with mr. answer, it is probably a bartholin gland cyst:

It will probably go away on its own. Sometimes they come to a head and are very painful.

If you have had unprotected sex then firstly don't worry but do something about it!
Make an appointment at your local GUM clinic where you can be discreetly checked out. Usually these are located in hospitals and you can be seen by a doctor of your own gender if you require.
Whatever you have please don't keep worrying about it please get it checked out. Best Wishes, x x
