A friend of mine have been trying to get pregnant for her bf because she really wants a baby, her last period was 2 Jan, 2007 and she intercourse 15th and 16th....Do you think she could get pregnant? Unfortunatly her bf gave her some bad news on the 17 saying she should get tested for Chlymedia.....she did right away and from the looks of it she may have it so she start taking doxycycline....Do you think it can prevent her from getting pregnant? and can you give some info on what is chylamedia?

Okay first of all look up chlamydia on the internet..Lots of useful info on the web including signs and symptoms.. STD's can lower your chances of conceiving a baby.. Is she trying to get pregnant for her b/f? If so that is the wrong reason.. A childs life is not something to play with. Is she honestly STILL trying to get pregnant by someone who gave her chlamydia?? She needs to dump him and find someone who can be faithful.

Tell your friend to run screaming in the opposite direction of that dude. Some STD's can be passed along to a prescious baby. If she wants a sperm donor she should try and find a healthy guy.
Does her boyfriend even "want" to have a baby or is she just trying to get pregnant? If she cares so much about having a child Why would'nt she get both her and the boyfriend checked out for every possible disease or health problems, so they could be sure to be healthy and have A HEALTHY BABY. DUHHHHH. Please tell her to keep her pants on, she is very juvenile and selfish, plus uncaring of her future childs health.
