Take leftover (or fresh) taco meat, place on a tortilla. Cover with cheese, and onions or peppers if you like. Put another tortilla on top, and more cheese. Bake in oven or pizza oven til cheese is melted---Ta-DA! Quesadilla!

Or, spread tortilla chips on a paper plate, drop spoonfuls of canned chili on top, sprinkle with cheese and salsa, microwave til hot. Top with lettuce/tomato/sour cream etc.

Well, a tortilla with cheese - either melted or folded in half and melted - usually a kid-pleaser. Japanese a little harder, depends if they will let you add sauces or flavors and if they eat fish. Maybe try some rice with veggies or tuna mixed in - see if they will let you use any bottled sauces to add to the flavor.
