You are asking this in the vegetarian section. Vegetarians do not eat fish.

3 servings of salmon a week (good for you to buy wild caught, lower mercury levels but watch it) should do it for you. If you're looking for another source, ground flax seed is a good non-fish source for Omega-3s and can be found in the refrigerated section of any good health food store. Just need a Tablespoon a day.

ideally you should not eat so much salmon, you can build up mercury in your blood.all things in moderation.
