Having a '80s kids' themed kids party, what did we used eat, while playing pass the parcel, and musical chairs.
I remeber Jam sandwichs, little sauages, and the obvious jelly and ice cream......anything else?

Wow! now that will be a cool party.

Party Rings!! Biscuits with different colour icing on the top. I still love those things now, although never a plan to eat a whole packet to yourself

What about cheese and pinapple on sticks... another favourite of mine! It wouldnt be an 80's party without those.

We use to make our own mini pizzas. We ate cheetos, jello, rootbeer floats, snickers pieces hidden in cupcakes, sparkling cider in wine glasses, ice cream bars called DD bars, cheez whiz on celery, and no bake cookies. Remember though it was all about presentation. Think Dalles or knots landing. Everything was on tulle, gold foil, and layered. Have fun....

Rice Krispy treats! My mom made a game out of them by wrapping the squares individually in Saran wrap, tying a ribbon around each with a big bow, and we fished for them with a "fishing pole" made out of a ribbon attached to a pencil, with a bent paper clip for the "hook." It was loads of fun!

My abiding memory was cheese and pineapple chunks on sticks and twiglets.

I made myself sick eating twiglets!

Does anyone remember a game with Smarties where one colour was the poison and you could eat until you chose the poison colour?

Also I remember a games where you had to put oven gloves on your hands and try to eat a bar of chocolate with a knife and fork.

Does anyone remember them or was my Mum just exceptionally cruel?

Oooh! Pin the tail on the donkey!
