Do they allow diabetic women to become fashion models? Like, runway and everything?

I know, I've had type 1 diabetes since I was 9 months old, and I'm turning 13 this March. So... yeah, I'm pretty familiar with diabetes. I want to be a model, so that's why I'm asking. xD;

well, my cousin was a model, shes diabetic. just photos not runway though. all diabetes does is cause them to have to keep their blood sugar level in check. They just need to keep their equiptment for reading their blood in their purse, but they can do everything the same as regular people. its like asthma or any other sickness like that. if they do get low, they will need to eat something, and if they get 'high' (as in high blood sugar) they they need to take an injection of insulin. :)

Several years ago the woman who won Miss America had diabetes.She just put her pump under her dress in the back and off she went.

You can do anything you want.

I don't see why not? The diabeties wouldn't affect the way they look.
