If you're asking this question, you must be drinking a lot, which means your diabetes is probably out of control. Have you checked your blood sugar?

Otherwise, I can't see you drinking more than 8-10 glasses a day unless you're exercising and sweating profusely.

I am diabetic as well as have post-polio syndrome. I had to go on insulin last January. Since then I have lost 60 lbs. and have learned to control my diet pretty good. I eat pretty much what I want during the day (within reason). If I eat a bit too much I drink a lot of water until I check my sugar at bedtime. My sugar is usually between 70 and 100 at bedtime and I have only had to take a shot 5 times in the last 23 days. With this routine, my fasting sugar in the morning is usually between 90 and 120. I, also, work out some with weights. A few good reps with the dumbells does wonders for the sugars( not to mention making me feel better all over.....grin)

I am diabetic, also. There really is no limit on diabetics and water consumption. There are no sugars or carbs in water, so it will not effect your glouclose.

When you have a high reading you should drink a good amount of water to flush the poision out of your system, because these readings are what cause diabetics to loose feet and eye sight.

Just don't over drink and drown yourself.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You can drink as much water as you like. I thing the recomended daily amount is 8 glasses (cups). There's nothing wrong with drinking a lot of water, in fact it's good for you.

The more the better.
There are many things that can be done to overcome type II diabetes. If you are serious about not being falling victim to it needlessly, get a copy of "One Son's Quest for the Cause and Cure of Diabetes", ISBN 7890766313. It's a life saver, and the best money you'll ever spend on the subject.
It helped me, and my brother, who was dying. We lead mostly normal lives now. Best of luck.
