In general no.

It depends on how often and how long they bleed.
It varies from person to person, some people get them when ity is too cold out or too hot out or if they go up to high, it just depends on your body's ability to handle extremes.

Your nose should never bleed more than a few minutes, if that. If it goes on for more than 3 minutes, you probably need to see a doctor.

To stop a bad nose bleed, pinch your nose at the ridge just above your nostrils and bow your head forward, NOT backward. If you drain it backward it will flow into your stomach and make you feel sick.

Ice packs are also good for stopping them.

Can be. I had nosebleeds as a child and finally grew out of them when I was in highschool. Never did anything about it.

My 9 year old had nosebleeds and bad snoring so I took him to see an ENT and he had his adenoids removed and the inside of his nose carterized. He has only had 2 nosebleeds in over a year. Not bad.

Most of the time, it is just because the heat in your home during the Winter dries your sinuses while you sleep. However, my son had several bad nosebleeds and we took him to an ENT. He ended up having a septoplasty at age 14 due to an old break a year or better before that. If you have had a break or injury to your nose, it may be because of that

They could be, but more likely it's just a sign that the air in your house or workplace is really dry, and it's causing the delicate tissue inside your nose to dry out and crack. A humidifier should help if that proves to be the case.

I used to get nosebleeds as a child if I blew my nose, sneezed too hard, anything hit my nose, etc...I just had more delicate nose tissue than most people, but I grew out of it.

maybe high blood pressure? are you on any blood thinners like coumadin or heparin? vitamin K deficiency (not enough dark green leafy vegetables eaten)? sometimes in children and older people it could be linked to nose picking and thin dry mucous membranes.

Yes, sometimes. The best thing is to carry out blood test (CBC), this will determine whether its serious case or not.
