I think ethiopian cuisine is fantastic. Especially Kitfo, a heavily spiced version of beef tartar. Although traditionally eaten raw, many Ethiopian resturants now offer the option of having it slightly cooked. However if you trust the quality and cleanliness of the resturant, it's best enjoyed raw.

I love the idea of communal food. The presentation is also pretty, although I'm not to keen on the sour crepe/bread.

I love it, but I only eat the vegetarian things. The injera bread is great for mopping up lentil stews and mushy vegetables!

I like it. It's great to enjoy with close friends, because the food tastes good&spicy and it's so much fun to share.

I have only eaten wut and injara (not sure of the spelling) bit it was delicious!!
