By emergency it means ' A life threatening condition for the patient. This can be 1.Heart attack or coronary thrombosis or Myocardial infarction. 2. Acute Heart Failure with pulmonary oedema. 3. Acute arrythmias or dysrythmias causing cardiac decompensation. 4. Cardiac arrest due to ventricular asystole or ventricular fibrillation.
