Popcorn is a great snack idea for people with diabetes.
Three cups popped = 15 carbs.
That's a lot of pop for a low carb level.

Enjoy.

Check the nutritional information on the box of popcorn (or any box of popcorn).

since it's corn, I'd say that it'll increase blood sugar, but not much more than a similar-sized serving of corn kernels. Just keep an eye on your blood sugar level.

Yes popcorn will increase your blood sugar. Any food is going to increase your blood sugar. Diabetics need carbs to live. Popcorn is a perfectly fine thing for a diabetic to eat. Caramel popcorn? Probably not.

Depends on the popcorn. Check the label for nutrients and serving size. It also depends on how it's cooked. Air popped, unbuttered and unsalted is probably best for you.
