should i treat anal warts with lasering them since they are not bothersome?

i have been recently to clinic and doctor has jumb to a decision they should be lasered...i m 30 years old male, i have noticed i have been losin some of them, they do bother me sometimes, but since they resolve in their own and immun system will fight against them in a period of time should i really go through laser treatment

untreated they will keep coming back, there is still a chance of recurrence despite getting them lasered. I would recommend treatment by an experienced doctor if recommended, good luck
