In the past couple of days i've had a fever, nothing reaching over 101, a really bad cough (phlegm, hacking, etc), and the roof of my mouth has been hurting so much. It feels like there is a build up of pressure about half an inch from the back of my top two teeth. What do yout hink?

Sinus and upper respiratory infection.
You're going to need a course of antibiotics.

It sound like you might have impacted/ possibly infected/ wisdom teeth. Or,...URI = Upper Respiratory Infection - Sinus Infection - I'm thinkin......................... its one of the two.
