can you get pregnant or STD or HIV if I give my boy friend a bj?

No, bj's don't get you pregnant; but they do, however, when unprotected give STD's and HIV. Why would you do that if you knew his problem? Not a good move and you'd better let your doctor know a.s.a.p.. I'm only sorry you had to learn your lesson the hard way.

Here's a study from a web site I searched, it's a copy and paste with the web address below.

Oral to Penis Contact
Theoretical Risk:Performing oral sex or "giving a ********" carries a theoretical risk of transmission for the receptive partner because infected pre-ejaculate ("pre-***") fluid or semen (***) can get into the mouth. Any open sores, cold sores, etc. can be a route by which the virus or bacteria can enter the bloodstream and infect. For the insertive partner there is a theoretical risk of infection because infected blood from a partner's bleeding gums or an open sore could come in contact with a scratch, cut, or sore on the penis.

Documented Risk:Although the risk is many times smaller than anal or vaginal sex, HIV has been transmitted to receptive partners through oral sex ("blow jobs"), even in cases when insertive partners didn't ejaculate (***).

Oral to Vagina Contact
Theoretical Risk:Performing oral sex on a woman carries a theoretical risk of HIV transmission for the insertive partner (the person who is licking or sucking the vaginal area) because infected vaginal fluids and blood can get into the mouth. (This includes, but is not limited to, menstrual blood). Likewise, there is a theoretical risk of HIV transmission during oral sex for the receptive partner (the person who is having her vagina licked or sucked) if infected blood from oral sores or bleeding gums comes in contact with vulvar or vaginal cuts or sores.

Documented Risk:The risk of HIV transmission during oral sex is low compared to vaginal and anal sex. However, there have been cases of HIV transmission and STDs resulting from oral-vaginal sex.

Key Points to Remember

For Teens:

Oral sex is a very risky activity for HIV infection as well as other sexually transmitted diseases.
HIV and some STDs are forever meaning they can't be cured.
While you may seem more popular, having unprotected oral sex does not make you more liked among your peers. In fact, studies show that people like you and respect you less when you have unprotected oral sex.
During oral sex, both the boy and girl are at risk for disease.
Getting a reputation for being "permiscuous", "sluty", or "easy" will stay with you long after high school is over.
If you can't talk to a parent about oral sex, talk to your school counselor, a teacher you like or your family doctor.
If you have questions about oral sex you can e-mail me here.
For Parents and Those Counseling Teens:

Stress the risks of oral sex for boys and girls.
Make them aware that being popular does not mean they are well liked.
Stress that they can come to you and discuss anything, regardless of how uncomfortable it may be for you.
Know what your teen is doing, where they are going, and who they are going to be with.

You can not get pregnant, but you can defiantly get STD as well as HIV as there can be a small cut in your mouth that you are not aware of and this is all it would take is a break in the skin barrier

If I keep in mind properly they do attempt for HIV and different dissimilar STD's, yet that variety into at an OBGYN appointment, i think of it replace into the two the 8 or 12 week one. I doubt the wellbeing facility did except that they had reason to.

If I keep in mind accurately they do test for HIV and other various STD's, however that was once at an OBGYN appointment, I believe it was once both the eight or 12 week one. I doubt the hospital did except that they had cause to.

not pregnant but you can get an STD or HIV. look up STD's on webmd and learn as much as you can about these things if you are going to be having sexual relations. you should go ahead and be tested for all sexually transmitted diseases just so you know you are safe and use condoms.

Not pregnant but you can get STD's and HIV from that type of stuff. If you're not educated on safe sexual practices, you probably aren't ready for that kind of action yet. Even long term boyfriends can be carrying things that they don't have tests for. I've only been with one guy my whole life, who only has 2 serious ex's (one of whom cheated on him before they broke up) and I just recently found out I have the type of HPV that causes cervical cancer. My guy had gotten it from his trampy ex and even though he was tested before we got together, they don't have a test for the males for that. I've had to spend a lot of money on dr's bills to get the pre-cancerous cells removed so that I can have children in the future. So in otherwords... be very careful...pleasing a guy is not worth compromising your health.

P.S. They do make flavored condoms and female condoms if you're set on getting intimate.
