When sugar level of blood is increased the blood pushes the same through urine and for urination water is required and hence the brain commands the stomach to feel thirsty so that we drink more water

When there is too much sugar in the blood the body needs to get rid of it. The way to do it is urinating. To compensate for the water loss you feel thirsty, this again will help getting rid of more sugar in the blood and so on.

evrybody gets thirsty after too much sweet....its normal and not particularly related to diabetes

because diabetes not only causes raises and drops in blood sugar but it also causes one of the biggest problems for brittle diabetics; dehydration

well if they don't have enough insulin in their body...then they get thirsty
